You need to be carful when hiring an SEO today. As Jill mentions, SEO’s are springing up everywhere and many are inexperienced.
Just last month we talked to two companies that came to us after using one or more SEO’s for a couple of years “with minimal results”. We started doing some work for one of them and it’s become apparent that their prior SEO may have actually hurt their search engine results by doing things the search engines considered to be spam.
