- A 45 minute telephone consultation on either

choice.
How it works:
- You fill out our Target Audience Analysis/questionnaire about
your site and its goals and challenges.
- After receiving the questionnaire, we review your site against
over 140 guidelines and chooses the two or three which will have
the largest impact on your site success.
- We prepare a report on your site which addresses these important
issues and provides specific recommendations on how to correct
them.
- The report includes references for additional information on
related compliance issues. It also points to possible discussion
points for you to consider during the phone consultation.
- After you have time to review the report, a 45 minute phone
consultation follows. It focuses on topics of your choice ranging
from the report to redesign, best practices, or any user experience
issues you may have questions about.
