You really make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be really
something which I think I would never understand. It seems too complex
and extremely broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I'll try to
get the hang of it!

I agree with you on calling this guy out on the validity of his claims, I’m not so sure on the PII issue. It looks like you’re PII is assigned to the ‘ct’ parameter in the query string, which of course is not a GA parameter. So it’s definitely not stored in any campaign tags. It could possibly show up in the strings in the content reports, but in this scenario I would hope that they’re excluding the ct parameter. If that is even the case, than your PII is completely filtered out of the GA data. Am i missing something here?

I am so glad you brought this up! One example of how our company used this last year: the marketers asked us “What are the top east coast colleges we should specifically <a href="http://www.mcpdumps.com" rel="nofollow">mcp</a> target for a new advertising campaign? We only have money to target a few.” Seeing as we had two years of historical data, we just looked at the top colleges and universities that had already, somehow, visited our website. Bam!
