It looks like you’re PII is assigned to the ‘ct’ parameter in the query string, which of course is not a GA parameter. So it’s definitely not stored in any campaign tags. It could possibly show up in the strings in the content reports, but in this scenario I would hope that they’re excluding the ct parameter. If that is even the case, than your PII is completely filtered out of the GA data. Am i missing something here?
